JBerman Group Privacy Policy

It is our policy to respect the privacy of persons seeking information or services from us. Our employees are to keep customer information confidential. We seek to abide by the laws and regulations governing access to customer activity. We recognize how important it is to our customers that sensitive information remain confidential. All our employees have been directed to abide by a comprehensive Privacy Policy.

We may collect non-public personal information about you from the following sources:

  • Information that you provide to us, such as on applications or other forms;
  • Information about your transaction with us, our affiliates, or others; and
  • Information from others, such as credit reporting agency, real estate appraisers and employers

Website Privacy

You may browse our website anonymously. We track site page traffic and note Internet addresses (as all websites do), but this tracking does not gather specific individual information about you. Rather, it allows us to identify usage patterns and improve the information we provide. We have the ability to gather specific information from you only when you elect to provide information to us. An example would be if you completed and transmitted an online rate quote request.

We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our customers or former employees to anyone, except as permitted by law. To maintain security of customer information, we restrict access to customer account information only to persons who need to know that information to provide our customers products or services.
